In today's interview with Alex Kjorven, Chief Product Officer at Ourboro, we discuss how to buy property with an equity partner. How does co-ownership, or "shared ownership" work?
Ourboro is a company that helps buyers by providing them with additional cash for their required downpayment.
They charge no interest, but instead take an equity interest in the house or condo that you buy.
When you sell the property, they get paid a proportion of the profit.
